Read on as we tell you how to use a highlighter properly

Just like any other makeup, if applied correctly, a highlighter can do a lot to enhance your look. Read on as we tell you the right method of application.

- Locate the apple of your cheeks. Smile the widest you can, and locate the highest point on your cheeks – that’s the apple.

- Now use your highlighter from above this section, going along your temples up to the outer brow bone. Remember to follow a small C pattern as you apply it.

- Keep in mind to use it above the cheekbones and not on or under it.

- Follow it up by applying the highlighter from your forehead downwards, over your nose as well.

Remember to apply your highlighter, after you apply foundation, and before you use your compact. The compact helps dispense the product effectively.
