International Day of Happiness has to be one of my favourite make-a-day-out-of-something-silly days. The whole idea behind it is simple...stop, take a breather, take time to appreciate the little things, and smile more often. Even though the world seems to have come to a grinding halt due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak, it is essential to keep doing the things that make us happy. So instead of sulking over being indoors or fretting about what might be, we’re encouraging you to do the simple things.
