Reviving the elusive art of bespoke vintage jewellery, duo Shweta and Nitesh Gupta of Bespoke Vintage Jewels (from Bengaluru), brought their love of fine jewellery closer to home turf at a fabulous luncheon at Mumbai’s favourite restaurant, Indigo. The event was hosted by Malini Akerkar and rightly titled ‘The Ladies Room’.

Tina Tahiliani, Zeba Kohli and Madhoo Shah were among the few divas that attended this event that had a three-course lunch and a boudoir set-up, making the woman feel every bit as royal as the precious jewellery showcased at the venue. Feeling proud and nostalgic about the collection, Shweta said, "my collection is about resurrecting antique jewellery with a modern twist. I have taken designs that were prevalent in the Mughal era.”

And sure enough, every piece of bauble we got our hands on spelled ‘timeless’ and ‘classic.’ Don’t trust us; let the pictures enthral you.
