Need we say more? If you haven’t already, work hard to get your eyebrow game on point. While it might be convenient to just sit in the chair and have your eyebrows threaded, you’ve got to pay attention to their shape, the arch, the thickness and lastly, use assistance in the form of brow pencils, powders and gels if you need to!
6. Lip colour
Experiment all you want in your twenties but by the time you reach your thirties, you should have figured our what lip colour suits your skin best—for the day time and the evening, how to fake a fuller pout and how to whip up a lip scrub to keep your puckers pink.
Just like the smokey eye, a reliable bronzing technique will never let you down—be it for the day or the evening. The trickiest part of this game is to find the right shade then master the direction of the application. Too much and you’ll end up looking like a disaster and too much in the wrong direction and your face is going to end up looking like…well…someone else’s!
