Step 01: Apply a strobe cream all over and blend for that glow!
Step 02: Mix two concealers for your ideal match - one light and one slightly dark to customise it according to your skin tone. Only apply it on areas that require concealing such as the under eye area, around the mouth and forehead; then use a buffing brush to blend it into the skin.
Step 03: Now take some foundation and apply it little by little - blend over the cheek area so as to avoid any visible lines. The idea is to create an even tone. Most importantly do not forget to apply it over your neck to maintain uniformity.
Step 04: Groom your eyebrows using an angled flat brush and brow powder to fill in the gaps. After filling the gaps, use a spoolie to brush the eyebrow hair into place.
Step 05: Now for the eyes, take a shimmery eyeshadow, preferably a light silver tone, and apply it all over the eyelid using just your fingers. Then take some black kohl and apply it in a thick line over the entire lower waterline. The thickness of the kohl will make the eyes stand out, giving you an unmissable look. Now for the outer corners of the eyes, use an angled eyeshadow brush to draw out the wings and define them. Then curl your lashes and top them off with some mascara!
Sayani’s tip: Use Q-tips to fix any makeup mishaps as well as sharpen your winged eyeliner.
Step 06: Use a contour shade that's one to two shades darker than your skin tone and apply it on the cheekbone area and jawline. While contouring ensure to use upward strokes to give your facial features an instant lift.
Step 07: Opt for a creamy cheek tint instead of a powder and dab it onto the apples of your cheeks. Then use a brush to blend. Sayani’s tip: Apply a little bit of the cheek tint on the nose for a flushed appearance.
Step 08: Take a highlighter on a contour brush and apply it on the highpoints of the cheeks, bridge of the nose, chin and every other area that you want to highlight.
Step 09: To complete this look, line the lips with a brown lip liner to help define the pout. Top it off with a nude liquid lipstick like the Lakme Forever Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Nude Myth, Nude Twist or Nude Dream Complete the look with a dainty bindi and some highlighter on the collar bones and décolletage.
