When you work out, the activity stimulates the collagen production and increases blood flow, which ultimately lends your skin a youthful glow.
Get sound sleep
When you don’t get enough sleep, your body produces a stress hormone called cortisol, which damages your skin to a great extent. This leads to puffy eyes and fine lines. Hence, make sure you get at least 8 hours of sound sleep every day.
Cut down on sugar
You may not know this but truth is that your body breaks down carbohydrates like sugar into glucose, which raises your insulin levels. This leads to inflammation, which then produces enzymes that can break down collagen leading to premature ageing. We suggest you start now and opt for substitutes like honey, coconut sugar, powdered stevia and more.
Cover up in the sun
The sun can cause ageing too. UV rays can damage the natural antioxidants in the skin as well as harm the DNA of your skin causing it to lose its elasticity. This is why you need to make sure you wear your sunglasses and ample amount of SPF before you step out in the sun.
