Until now, we thought it was only big screen divas who served up the best beauty inspiration. But it looks like small screen actresses have just proved us wrong. From Mouni Roy to Sanjeeda Sheikh and Jennifer Winget, TV celebrities are setting beauty trends and how!
When we recently stumbled upon TV and internet sensation Nia Sharma’s Instagram account, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The diva has some killer beauty looks stored up in there. From blonde highlights to jewel-toned eyes, Nia’s beauty game is experimental AF!
The actress dropped another bomb makeup look just a few hours ago, and we couldn’t help but decode it for you… If you’ve been itching to bring shades of pink into your makeup routine, then Nia’s monochrome makeup look is sure to take your love for pink a notch higher.
Step 1: Create a matte base
Start by prepping your skin with the help of Lakmé Absolute Blur Perfect Makeup Primer; this will help your makeup last for a long period of time. Next, use the Lakmé Absolute Mattreal Skin Natural Mousse 16Hr - Almond Honey, a feather-light mousse foundation that will give you a matte finish. Lastly, set your base makeup with a setting powder.
To achieve naturally flushed cheeks, get your hands on the Lakmé 9 To 5 Pure Rouge Blusher - Nude Flush for sheer, light-weight matte coverage. This blush will give you a natural, glowy finish.
Step 2: Dress your eyes up
Before you go in with any product on your eyes, make sure you’ve applied primer onto your lids. Primer will prevent your eye makeup from wearing off and stop any unnecessary fallout. Fill in your brows before you start with your eye makeup. Next, press the blush pink hue from the Lakmé 9 To 5 Eye Quartet Eyeshadow - Desert Rose palette on your lids all the way till your brow bone, and blend. Follow it up with a bright pink eyeliner and line as close to your upper lash line as possible. With the same liner, line your waterline too. Now, add some definition with the help of falsies, and voila!
Step 3: Perfect that pout
To complete the monochrome makeup look, start by lining your lips using the Lakmé 9 To 5 Lip Liner - Coral Chic. A good lip liner will prevent your lipstick bleeding or feathering. Lastly, use the Elle 18 Color Pop Matte Lip Color - Prom Pink and go over with it on your lips, making sure you don’t cross the line you just drew with your lip liner.
And there you have it; a stunning monochrome makeup look courtesy Nia.
