Are you turning 30 soon? Are you experiencing early signs of aging? Well ladies, it’s time to make some basic but crucial changes in your vanity kit. And believe us, just anti-aging skincare creams aren’t going to do enough for you. You will need to make some changes in your skin care regimen and makeup kit too.
Read on as we tell you just how you can do that...
Pamper your skin

Makeup can only help you so much, if you don’t take care of your skin post 30 years of age. So make sure you follow the 3-essentials of skincare—cleanse, tone, moisturise. Tone your skin after cleansing your face and moisturise it regularly. Apply the moisturiser all the way to your neck, to slow the aging process on your neck as well. And lastly but equally importantly, always use SPF when you go out to slow down aging and wrinkles.
Cream based products

Opt for cream based products instead of powder and liquid. Cream based products have more luminosity to them. So they will add glow and a dew feel to your skin, making it look healthier and youthful. Look for cream foundations and blushes.
Less powder

Powder makes your skin look dry, which leads to exaggerated fine lines. If you are developing fine lines on your face (which is common after 30), skip powder altogether or look for powders with sheen in them. Forget powder foundations and go for cream foundations. Don’t bake your under eyes. Set them lightly with powder, if you want to use powder.
Blush and highlight

Blush is the best way to look healthy and youthful. Blush takes away the dullness from your face within seconds. Go for blush instead of bronzers. Use blush and highlighter to get a radiant look.
Thicker and darker eyebrows

Thin eyebrows make one look older. If you’re going for youthful look, try overdrawing your eyebrows lightly. Make feathery strokes in your eyebrows with a small eyeliner brush for a more natural look. A darker brow is better for this look.
