The first and foremost step to staying organised and on top of your lip kits, is finding a place in your dresser and sticking to it like glue. Get hold of a glass or tumbler and store all your brushes in there, keep your on-the-go makeup handy and in a reachable spot, lippies and salves in their designated drawer followed by lotions and mascara, powders and primers, palettes and the tools of the trade (eye lash curler, tweezers, etc.)—simple, find a spot and stick to it.

Finally, mark all your products with the date you opened it. That way you know when it needs to be tossed or replenished.

Mascara/Foundation = 3 months, lipstick/gloss = 1 year, anything you don’t wear regularly = 6 months.
