Since a face mask ends up covering most of your face, beauty junkies took it upon themselves to not let things get boring. So this year was all about moving away from classic makeup looks and experimenting with different eye makeup looks.
One eye makeup trend that surfaced on social media and has managed to gain a lot of takers is the inner corner eyeliner. This eyeliner looks ultra-sleek and sophisticated while giving off a slightly edgier and rebellious look. And we know that this eyeliner trend can seem like a bit intimidating to recreate, but trust us, that’s far from the truth.
Read on for a complete beginner-friendly step-by-step tutorial on how to recreate this glam inner corner eyeliner look…

Step 01: Before starting any eye makeup look, remember to prep your eyes. Apply a tiny bit of the Lakme Absolute White Intense Liquid Concealer all over your eyelids to create a smooth base.
Step 02: Swipe on the neutral coloured eyeshadow from the Lakme Absolute Infinity Eye Shadow Palette - Soft Nudes all over your lids to set the concealer in place.
Step 03: After that, take a little bit of the Lakme 9 to 5 Naturale Gel Kajal – Black on a thin, angled eyeliner brush and create a cat-eye.
Step 04: Once you reach the inner eye corner, simply follow the shape of your eye, and extend a super thin and precise line a little ahead of your tear duct.
Step 05: Next, take more eyeliner on the same brush and tight line the water line and extend it outwards to meet the inner corner wing from the eyeliner.
Step 06: To finish this eye makeup, apply a generous amount of the Lakme Absolute Flutter Secrets Volumizing Mascara to both your upper and lower lashes.
This not only looks edgy and dramatic, but it is also a great way to open your peepers and make them bigger. Such a fun way to amp your usual eye makeup look, don’t you think?
