Tinted lip balm

Using your ring finger dab a little bit of the lipstick onto your lips. Always use your ring finger because it has minimum force. Since you are trying to achieve a sheer finish, avoid applying the lipstick directly from the tube or bullet. To finish this look, go over the previous lipstick with a translucent lip balm. This will help to accentuate the colour without adding to it and give it that lovely tinted finish with a bit of gloss.

Super shiny gloss

Start with applying the lipstick until the colour is completely opaque. Next, go ahead and apply a transparent shimmery gloss just in the centre of both the upper and lower lip. Applying only in the centre prevents the gloss from bleeding, while giving you that amazing glossy finish.

Use a lip brush and pick up a little product and apply it a coat of lipstick all over your lips. This will help create really sharp and clean edges. Use a tissue to dab away any excess shine. Apply the second coat and repeat the process. For the powder matte finish, dust the tiniest bit of loose powder onto your lips.
