The finale of Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2017 ended with a bang, what with the king of dreamy couture, Manish Malhotra presenting his glam squad to fashion lovers. Known to be Bollywood’s go-to designer, Manish had the stunning Jacqueline Fernandez and the hunky Aditya Roy Kapur playing muse to him on this special occasion. While Adi looked hot as ever in his velvet blazer and trousers, Jacky’s sheer, leg-baring gown had us swooning. To complement her scintillating look was her makeup—glittery eyes, rosy cheeks and a fresh pink pout! Itching to try this look, aren’t you? Well, here’s how to get it using Lakmé...

We’ve always been envious of Jacky’s flawless skin. Along with regular workouts and a balanced diet, she never misses out on prepping her skin before makeup. That’s also the case here, at Lakmé Fashion Week, where her skin looked radiant and hydrated as she played muse to Manish. To get her glow, make sure you apply the Lakmé Absolute Argan Oil Radiance Oil-in-Crème generously on your face. It’s non greasy and it serves SPF 30 PA++ to ensure that your skin is ready to fight the sun.

Once your skin looks hydrated, make way for base makeup in order to get this look from Lakmé Fashion Week. Jacky’s base looks clean and beautifully blended. So you need to apply a primer that will help your makeup stay longer. Next, trust a foundation that will moisturise your skin and cover any blemishes if you need to. For that, make way for the Lakmé Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation that’ll give you the benefit of a serum aka intense hydration as well as the coverage of a foundation. A foundation that doesn’t crack your makeup and gives you a seamless finish—it’s totally possible with this one. Finally, set your foundation with a compact powder that suits your skin tone.

Lakmé Fashion Week is where eye makeup trends come alive. We love how Jacky’s eye makeup complements her look beautifully. The eyes are striking but don’t overpower her look—there’s a fine balance in the look. You can see glitter, liner and very defined lashes (read dollops of mascara). To get her eye makeup look, first go in Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Eye Shadow Palette, Gold and use the peach on the eyelids. Blend using an eyeshadow brush. Next, use the Lakmé Absolute Shine Line Eye Liner, Liquid Gold on your upper and lower lash line. Once this is dry, go with the Lakmé Absolute Gloss Artist Eye Liner, Black and draw a thin line on the upper lash line while making sure a hint of the gold liner is still visible. Next, take a black kajal pencil and lightly fill in the waterline but keep it as subtle as possible. Now for the lashes—use the Lakmé Eyeconic Curling Mascara and apply it to your upper and lower lashes. While it’s still drying, use a very thin liner brush to physically colour your lower lashes separately so they look separated. We’re not aiming for clumpy lashes, they just need to be slightly more defined than usual.

When it comes to playing copycats to a runway look from Lakmé Fashion Week, you can’t deny the power of blush. Jacky’s cheeks are rosy and have the right amount of colour her look needs. We suggest relying on the Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Shimmer Brick, Pink for this purpose. Use a fluffy brush to apply the product on the apples of your cheeks and then blend.

Love how Jacky’s lips are the perfect mix of pink and peach. Plus, matte lips always have our heart. To get her gorgeous pink pout, keep the Lakmé Absolute Luxe Matte Lip Color With Argan Oil in Dewy Spring handy. An argan oil based lipstick with a matte finish—that’s the magic of this lipstick. And there you have it—Jacky’s retro-cum-glam look from Lakmé Fashion Week.
