#6 Never sleep without removing your makeup!
Sleeping with your makeup on is the worst thing you can do to yourself. It clogs your pores and prevents your skin from its natural renewal process which takes place at night. Your skin, actually, will hate you for this and age faster! No matter how tired and sleepy you are, always remove your makeup and then sleep.
