You will need:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup almond oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 10 drops of peppermint oil

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well, transfer the scrub to a glass container and secure the lid. Scoop some and massage all over body in circular motions.

  • Zest of one orange
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Brew chamomile tea and let it cool. Then add the orange zest, brown sugar and coconut oil. Mix the ingredients well and apply on wet body in circular motions and wash off with warm water.
