Avocado and Yogurt Mask

A natural moisturiser, avocado is power-packed with oils, protein, and Vitamins A, B, D, E, and K. Lactic acid in yogurt is extremely good for sensitive skin and helps in dissolving dead skin cells. Take a quarter ripe avocado and 1 tbs plain yogurt. Whip up the two things and apply it with a brush or fingers. Leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

Antibacterial and probiotic properties in honey and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds in oats make them perfect ingredients to soothe itchy, dry and irritated skin. Mix one tablespoon of oat flour with 2 tbs of honey and leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse. It is also useful for acne prone skin.
