Say No To Chemicals With These Chemical-free Body Mists

There isn’t a woman who doesn’t appreciate the cooling and rejuvenating effects of a body mist. But a body mist can have tons of chemicals which could have an adverse effect on your skin. So if you are someone who wants to smell good but avoid chemicals, here are some DIY body mists that are made with essential oils and are chemical-free.
Made with neroli floral water and glycerine this body mist will lift you spirits and leave you feeling fresh and smelling heavenly. The blood orange essential oil will brighten your skin while the jasmine essential oil in it works as an anti-depressant.
How to make it:
Pour 1/3 cup neroli floral water (neroli hydrosol), 1/4 cup alcohol-free witch hazel, 2 tsp vegetable glycerine into a glass spray bottle using a funnel. Then add in 45 drops of blood orange essential oil and 18 drops of jasmine essential oil. Seal the bottle tightly and store in a cool and dry place. Shake slightly before spraying.
Lavender body mist
Want a body mist that is calming to your senses and smells good too? This mist contains rosewater and lavender and coriander seed essential oil which will not only give you a calming effect but also hydrate your skin.
How to make it:
In a spray bottle add 1 tablespoon witch hazel, 7 drops lavender oil, 5 drops rosewater and 3 drops coriander seed oil. Pour the distilled water in the end and seal it tightly. Shake it lightly before every use.
Peppermint body mist
For an instant boost to your senses we recommend this peppermint body mist. It contains rosemary, peppermint, and patchouli essential oils. Peppermint is soothing and helps reduce headaches while the rosemary is good for your memory.
How to make it:
In a glass spray bottle mix 15 drops of peppermint and rosemary essential oils each and then add in 10 drops of patchouli oil and 1 tablespoon witch hazel. Lastly, add 1 cup distilled water and cap the bottle. Store in a cool place and shake slightly before using.
