What you need:

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Method:
Combine ingredients together in a small bowl and transfer to a covered jar or container. If the quantity is more than that of one usage, store the extra in a cool, dry spot and sealed container.

Benefits:
With the healing properties that honey contains and the skin cell saviour that coconut oil is, they combine with brown sugar to form a blend that gently rids your lips of any chapped, dry skin while smelling delicious.

What you need:

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

2 teaspoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 vitamin E capsule

Method:
Mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, vitamin E capsule, and coconut oil in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Apply the mixture through your hair and onto your scalp. Leave it on your hair for 30 minutes and wash it off thoroughly, and if necessary, twice.

Benefits:
With it being a natural source that is rich in Vitamin A, pumpkin contains potassium which is especially useful in promoting the regrowth of hair. The cinnamon stimulates circulation to the scalp while adding a sweet, spicy fragrance to your hair.

What you need:

4 tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

2 tablespoons Coconut oil

½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Add the oil and vanilla extract to the sugar and mix in until blended. Store in a glass jar, of which, the same can be stored for a few months at room temperature.

Benefits:
Brown sugar is a natural glycolic acid which helps to gently break down and exfoliate the dead skin cells. It is also a humectant, which draws moisture out of the environment and imparts it into the skin. The dual properties combined with the nourishing properties of coconut oil are ideal to rejuvenate the skin.
