01. Follow a thorough skincare routine
Being an actress, her job demands her to put on a lot of makeup and spend most of her time under harsh studio lights. Therefore, she makes it a point to pamper and nourish her skin by following a CTM routine religiously. She also ensures to thoroughly remove every last bit of makeup before hitting the sheets.
02. Eat right for great skin
The actress believes that eating right is the solution to a majority of skincare issues and is the key to healthy, glowing skin. She includes a lot of salad and lean meat in her diet. Additionally, Bhumi always starts and ends her days with a shot of aloe vera juice and indulges in intermittent fasting every once in a while.

Bhumi is a firm believer in using natural, organic and chemical-free products for her skin. She uses ingredients such as vitamin E oil, honey, turmeric and soy milk in her skincare routine. She also likes to use natural face masks with activated charcoal once a week to deep clean her pores and keep her skin clear.

Since being an actress requires her to constantly put her hair through a lot of heat styling and harsh chemicals, she feels the need to repair and replenish them every few days. To do this, she loves making a protein-rich DIY hair mask with egg whites and argan oil. This leaves her hair soft and shiny. Bhumi also oils her hair at least once a week using vitamin E oil and is very particular about eating her vitamins and supplements. ‘
