Swedish Greek actress Elli AvrRam became a household name after her stint in Bigg Boss 7. Since then, the 29-year old has been entertaining audiences with her fun movie roles and charming dance moves. Her energetic personality shines through all of her interactions off-screen. Apart from that, the actress does have some well-kept beauty secrets that we’re bringing to light on her birthday. Check them out!
- 01. Beet it!
- 02. Aloe for the glow
- 03. A whacky beauty hack
- 04. Skin oils for the win!
- 05. Avocados for the eyes
01. Beet it!
Whether you are drinking it or applying it, beetroot juice is a great way to oxygenate your skin for a healthy and pink glow. Elli loves her beet treat so much that she took it a step further and applied it all over the body, sharing the results with her followers on her Insta feed. Talk about being deliciously *extra*!
02. Aloe for the glow
Elli confessed in an interview that after trying numerous skin treatments (some really pricey ones!), she figured that sticking to the basics is the way to go. Which is why she loves using aloe vera gel as a moisturiser after cleansing her face. Aloe vera is a super hydrating ingredient and gives your skin a nice, healthy glow.
03. A whacky beauty hack
As someone who is willing to slather beetroot juice all over her body, we weren’t surprised when Elli revealed her go-to (whacky) beauty hack. The actress likes mixing one aspirin (crushed) with yoghurt and honey and applying it on a clean face and letting it remain for 30 minutes. “The result is amazing! This reduces swelling, irritation, and softens thick and scaly skin, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles,” she revealed.
04. Skin oils for the win!
Like we mentioned before, Elli likes to keep it wholesome when it comes to her beauty routine. She frequently uses nourishing oils like coconut and olive oil in her homemade packs to shower her skin with some TLC.
05. Avocados for the eyes
Since the eye area is thinner than the rest of the face, Elli likes to give it extra attention by using an eye cream enriched with avocado extracts for extra moisturisation. In addition to this, the avocado is packed with antioxidants like B-carotene, lecithin, and linoleic acid, plus vitamin E, which helps keep signs of aging at bay!
