As far as red carpet fashion and glamour go, the Golden Globe Awards are among the most talked-about awards show on the planet. Each year celebrities serve up hot and sizzling looks on a platter for us beauty enthusiasts to swoon over. And even though the 2021 edition was held digitally, we got to see the nominees decked up in stunning gowns, with hair and makeup done up to look as if they were actually headed to the red carpet.
The list of amazing beauty looks we saw last night runs long, but we cut it short to these five looks that made us stop incessantly scrolling and take a second look. Check ‘em out.

Our favourite redhead from Netflix’s popular series, The Queen’s Gambit, went platinum blonde for her Golden Globes look, and we are swooning! The deep side part and soft waves are to die for. Sporting her signature red lip and doe-eyes, she looks, and was in fact, an absolute winner last night!
02. Elle Fanning

Decked up in a luxurious powder blue dress, Elle Fanning looked like a dream. Her usually free-flowing wavy locks were neatly tucked in a sleek, twisted bun and her lovely complexion lit up with iridescent peach blush to keep her looking uber fresh. So pretty!
03. Andra Day

Andra Day was as luminescent last night as she was in her movie role portraying Billie Holiday that won her a Globe! The beauty rocked her natural ‘fro in a high bun, and her face was done up to glow for the Gods. These might just be the best ruby lips we have seen on the red carpet in a while!
04. Lily Collins

Lily Collins incorporated both classic and contemporary details in her beauty look. She styled her hair in sleek, side-parted waves, reminiscent of the leading ladies in the 60s. Her makeup included bold colours like ruby pink and peacock green, which perfectly matched her colourful ensemble from Saint Laurent.
05. Emma Corrin

Leave it to the exceptionally talented and incredibly charming Emma Corrin to have a teardrop makeup moment in one of the biggest award shows on the planet. Combining her Lady Di hair and keeping her face completely nude — except for those haunting eyes — Emma indeed is serving Best Actress glam!
