Ananya Panday’s French Mohawk Braid

Neat, sleek and every bit creative, get ready to attract some eyeballs once you perfectly recreate Ananya Panday’s French Mohawk braid. It pairs strikingly well with ethnic, indo-fusion as well as cocktail dresses.

Step 1: Start by grabbing the top section of hair and securing it with a pin.
Step 2: Gather the remaining hair and comb it towards the back to make a firm ponytail.
Step 3: Release the clipped top section and comb it neatly in an upward direction.
Step 4: Pick a small section at the front and weave a three-strand braid.Keep adding hair sections from the left and right sides (alternatively) to the centre braid.
Step 5: Once you reach the end of the braid, merge it with the ponytail and tie it up.
Step 6: Finish by spritzing the TRESemmé Compressed Micro Mist Invisible Hold Natural Finish Texture Hold Level 1 Hair Spray on your hair. It will keep the French mohawk braid in place for a long time and tame any frizz or flyaway.
Shraddha Kapoor’s Side Dutch Braid

This enchanting side Dutch braid has us fangirling over Shraddha Kapoor. It is a super-cool hairstyle that can be rocked anywhere and at any time. It’s also a fun hairdo if you like to bring a modern touch to your desi festival and wedding looks.

Step 1: Detangle your hair and create a side parting.
Step 2: On the voluminous side of the hair, pick up the front section and divide it into three equal parts to make a braid.
Step 3: Continue by adding new sections of hair from both sides.Braid till the end and secure it with a hair tie.
Step 4: Hide the stray hair and uneven layers on the backside by pinning a few bobby pins wherever required.
Step 5: Gently pull on the braid to give it a fuller look.
Step 6: Finish by spraying the TRESemmé Compressed Micro Mist Invisible Hold Natural Finish Texture Hold Level 1 Hair Spray on your braid, top to end.
