Yes, you heard us right! Mayonnaise works as a great ingredient for your hair. It provides you with all that shine and even strengthens the hair. Apply this mask once a week and you’ll notice the difference!
 
What you will need
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons almond oil
1 egg(if your mayonnaise is eggless!)

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients well to form a paste.
  • Apply it generously to your hair lengths.
  • Cover your head with a hot towel and leave it for about 15-25 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with a shampoo.


 

Lemon and honey

Honey helps to regulate and retain the moisture in your hair and also strengthens the hair follicles for healthy growth. Lemon, on the other hand, is a great antibacterial product for your hair and helps to keep your scalp clean. This mask, when applied once every fortnight, can do wonders for your hair.

What you will need
1 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients together to form a solution.
  • Apply this to your hair lengths and leave on for about 30 minutes.
  • Shampoo your hair with lukewarm water.

Yoghurt and fenugreek
 

Yoghurt and fenugreek

Yoghurt is your best friend if you have frizzy hair. It brings the moisture back to your hair and provides nourishment.  Yoghurt contains lactic acid that is great for getting rid of the frizz. Fenugreek on the other hand boosts hair growth. Apply this mask on your hair once a week for best results.


What you will need
1 cup yoghurt
2 tablespoons ground fenugreek


Method:

  • Grind together the fenugreek seeds and add them to the yoghurt.
  • Apply this on your scalp and hair in generous amounts. Leave it on your scalp for a good 30 minutes to let it work its magic.
  • Rinse thoroughly with a shampoo and top off with a good conditioner.
