Berry and Spinach Smoothie
Berries and spinach are a great source of Vitamins A and C—the same Vitamins that help feed the hair follicles on your scalp and stimulate hair growth.
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3–5 ice cubes
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Cucumber and Yogurt Smoothie
Yogurt contains proteins that help rebuild damaged hair cuticles, helping hair growth and cucumber leaves your hair shiny.
3 1/2 cups unpeeled cucumber
1 cup plain yogurt
Fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend smoothly. Add a few lemon wedges for garnish.
Lettuce and Kale Smoothie

2 cups of romaine lettuce
2 cups of kale
1/2 cup of water
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, add some crushed ice and drink this cooler with a straw.
