Blonde remains to be the most coveted hair colours in the beauty world. But there’s no denying the fact that it is the easiest colour to go wrong with too. On Indian skin tones, especially, there’s a good chance that this warm shade can look a bit off and, TBH, weird. But that doesn’t mean it is not the right hair colour for us Indian beauties.

The key to pulling off blonde is in finding the right blonde colour for your skin tone before making the commitment. Not sure which blonde you should get? Let us help.

Chestnut blonde

If you have fair skin with a pink undertone, go for a warmer blonde to balance your skin tone. Dirty blondes like chestnut in highlights can make any eye colour stand out and looks like a dream on cool skin tones.

Honey blonde

For fair skin with yellow undertones and medium skin tones, honey blonde is the best bet. Get honey blonde highlights and mix it up with caramel hints to get yourself a gorgeous mane.

Yellow blonde

Medium to olive skin tones can opt for a shiny golden blonde starting somewhere in the middle of the hair to avoid looking completely washed out. This warm-toned blonde looks great melting from dark brown hair.

Global ash blonde

Go for a global hair colour in champagne or ash blonde if you have a warm skin tone. Not all skin tones can pull off this cool hair colour, but wheatish skin tones and certain dusky girls too can rock it and how!

Golden blonde ombre

The brunette with golden blonde balayage is a classic hair colour for Indian skin tones. If you are new to the blonde world, and have a warmer skin tone, you can test the waters with a golden blonde bayalage.
