Before you begin

Before you begin

Before you start braiding your hair, you need to cleanse your tresses and make sure they’re well-nourished. The TRESemmé Ionic Strength Shampoo and Conditioner will surely give your hair the kind of care it needs. The shampoo will provide your hair with much-needed nourishment since it contains salon grade ionic complex. The conditioner will lend it moisture and make your hair damage free.

Step 1

Step 1

Start by picking out some sections of hair right in front of the hairline. Separate them into three sections.

Step 2

Step 2

The outside strand should now be in the middle. Follow this up by bringing the other outside strand under the middle as well. While you weave strands over the middle when it comes to a usual braid, this one is exactly the opposite.

Step 3

Step 3

Once you’re done with the above step, bring the alternate outside strand right under the one in the middle while picking up a new section of hair with the strand. Create the same on the other side and then go all the way to the end. Secure with an elastic and tuck in the flyways with bobby pins for a neat look.
