The Rio Olympics 2016 have come to an end and it has been amazing to see the world come together to celebrate and compete over sport. While those super smashes and magnificent leaps have us riveted, something else has caught the eye of the beauty addicts in us. Besides being high achievers in their respective sport, the women Olympians also have their hair game on point. Even in the midst of a daring jump or a deep dive, these girls certainly know how to look stunning. We’re taking a look at the top 6 women’s hairstyle at the Olympics which have gotten our attention.
At just 19 years of age, Madison Kocian has already won the United States a silver and gold medal in gymnastics. Even during a death defying twirl, she sticks to a side braid games which leads itself to a mid-level ponytail which is tied with a bow. Feminine and sporty, now that’s the way to go!
The Rio Olympics 2016 aren’t the only time this Jamaican sprinter has been thrust in the spotlight for her daring hairstyles as the Beijing Olympics were the first. This time around, Shelly-Ann sported yellow and green ombre locks as she wins the bronze for her country. This one’s a blaze of colour when she hits the track!
While Sally Conway proves to be a Judo heavyweight with her bronze for Great Britain, she makes sure her hairstyle says it too. Tying her blond locks into cornrows which lead to a messy bun, Sally knows how to keep her game stylish yet fuss-free!
