01Exfoliate before applying the sheet mask

02Play around with the temperature
You might already have heard about keeping your sheet masks in the refrigerator and then using them for a cooling sensation on your face. It turns out you can place them in hot water for a minute (while it's still in the packaging) and apply the warm mask on your skin to replicate a quick steam facial. Bet you haven't heard of this one before.
03Repurpose still damp sheet masks
Most sheet masks are recommended to be kept on for at least 15-20 minutes for best results. But if your mask is still damp after you take it off, just fold it in half and place it around your neck while you massage the excess serum on your face. 04Snip for a better fit
Mask come in standard sizes, and some can be too big if you have a small face. To make the mask fit your face's contours better, add a couple of 2-3 cm snips near the chin area. Doing so makes the masks sit better on your face.
05Sandwich with a HA serum
The sandwich method is often used when applying potent ingredients like retinol by layering and topping it off with a moisturiser. You can do that with sheet masks as well, but this time, use a hyaluronic acid serum before and on top of a sheet mask for superior hydration.
