If you are a health-conscious woman, you would already know the many health benefits of chia seeds. Drinking chia infused water and consuming chia pudding is considered to be helpful as they aide in weight loss and improve digestion.

Loaded with calcium, manganese, protein and other vital nutrients, chia seeds can be beneficial for the skin too. When applied topically, this seed can help fight signs of ageing, reduce acne scar and make the skin look healthy and radiant. That’s not all, chia seeds can also be used to improve the health of your hair. Here’s how you can add it to your beauty routine.

Step 03: Let this mask sit on your face for 10-12 minutes.

Step 04: Massage your face in circular motions for a few minutes, this will exfoliate your skin.
