This scrub is not only relaxing but also doubles up an exfoliant to help you get rid of dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth.
We are going to tell you exactly what you’ll need from your kitchen to prepare this relaxing foot soak. So grab your favourite book or turn on some soothing music and get ready!
You will need:
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (softens rough, dead skin and also helps get rid of dirt and bacteria)
- 1 teaspoon oil (coconut, olive or avocado)
- Warm water
- 15 drops of essential oil of your choice
Step 01: Add vinegar, oil and essential oil into a tub large enough for your feet to get submerged.
Step 02: Add warm water to submerge your feet.
Step 03: Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes.
Step 04: Remove your feet from the soak and exfoliate the skin using a scrub, pumice stone or a foot brush.
Step 05: Finish off with your favourite moisturiser to get smooth, soft and beautiful feet.
