Some people find plain water quite boring to drink and end up consuming sodas. Sodas are loaded with artificial sweeteners that do more harm to your body. What you can do instead is add some fruits to your water to create your own delicious drink that you can sip all day to stay hydrated and get beautiful, glowing skin.
