Spinach green smoothie

Spinach (palak) is rich is chlorophyll, which is known to be a blood purifier so it will flush out the toxins from your body reducing the acne to a great extent. Moreover, this also contains Vitamin K, which improves the skin tone and reduces red marks and scars that acne leaves on the skin.

How to make it: In a blender add a cup of spinach, 2 cups of fruits that’ll act as sweeteners such as bananas or apples and a cup of water.

Sweet potato and carrot smoothie

How to make it: In a blender add 1 large sized grated carrot, ½ of a large sweet potato grated, 1 cup water, 1 peeled and de-seeded, orange and ½ tsp cinnamon. Add one tsp maple syrup for taste.
