3 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons of fresh rose petals
4 cups of water
Step 1: Combine all the ingredients over low heat and just as the mixture is about to boil, turn off the heat.
Step 2: Allow it to sit idle for thirty minutes.
Step 3: Once the mixture has cooled, strain it into a spray bottle.
Tip: For a stronger colour and odour, add more rose petals and mint leaves and simmer for longer.
Cooling Cucumber Spritz
1 1/2 cup of boiling water
Step 1: Peel the cucumber, chop it and add to the boiling water.
Step 2: Let the mixture sit idle for thirty minutes.
Step 3: Once you’re done, strain the mixture into a spray bottle.
Tip: If you want a stronger flavour you can choose two cucumbers instead of one. You can even refrigerate your spritzer whenever it’s not in use.
500ml of boiled water
Step 1: Peel the oranges and lemons and place their skins in a bowl
Step 2: Pour 500 ml of boiled water over the skins and allow the mixture to sit
Step 3: Strain into a spray bottle
Tip: For longevity you can add a Vitamin C capsule to your spritzer
