Staring into the screen all day, lack of sleep and stress can cause dark circles and puffy eyes. But with not much to do and nowhere to go because of the lockdown, watching the entire season of your new favourite web series until the wee hours of the morning is the only source of entertainment for most of us. Shutting all your devices off and sleeping until the dark circles disappear will be ideal, but we both know that’s not happening.

Step 01: Using your index and middle finger, gently tap around the circle of your eyes. Do not tug or drag your fingers. This improves blood circulation around the eye area.

Step 02: Now, using the same gentle tapping motions go towards your eyebrows, then come inwards along the top of your cheekbones and bridge of the nose. Do this thrice.

Step 03: Using the tip of your middle finger, firmly press the area where your brows start. This pressure point relaxes your eye muscles.

Step 04: Apply the same pressure towards your nose, on the bridge of the nose and the inner corner of the eyes.
