My best friend recently tied the knot, and being her bridesmaid meant that I had to make her look and feel her absolute best at all times. For a self-proclaimed beauty gal, that translated into me helping her curate her bridal skincare routine — yes, both A.M and P.M. And you best believe her skin glowed through every tear, twirl, and toast. That's because her regimen was split into halves — one for the day, which was centred around hydrating and protecting her skin against external pollutants and sun damage. And one for nighttime, which was mostly focused on healing and enriching the skin overnight. At night, her skin care routine involved deeper moisturization, reparative treatments like serums, and nourishing oils that helped her skin regenerate while she slept, leaving it fresh and radiant by morning. By splitting her skin care routine into day and night, she was able to address her skin's unique needs during each phase of its natural cycle, ensuring she looked her best for every moment of her big day.
