I almost always plan my looks around one statement element or trend, and this time, evidently, it was the boot cut jeans. So while I was buying these jeans, my friends rigorously shook their heads and claimed that this was one trend that they didn't want to see coming back. Oh well, I love breaking rules and I adored the way the jeans took shape of a second skin to my body, so I went in for the kill.

I will admit that while there quite a few options I could have paired my boot cut jeans with, I opted for a lace batwing top. It seemed to add an edge to the ensemble in a simple, chic and clean manner – just the way I like it! I completed my look with oversized hoops for that boho vibe.

For my beauty regime, I always opt for long-wear products because I know I'm going to be spending hours at the super sunny terrace area so it’s essential for my makeup to stay firm till I decide to call it a day. Tons of mascara, winged eyeliner and an earthy brown lipstick left me with a powerful yet muted look. I lightly curled my hair to achieve waves and then twisted it up at the sides to match it to my look.
