Skin gear While you stress on grabbing all the fashion trends first hand, do not take your skin for granted. Opt for a suitable super sunscreen with SPF for all the times you step out on the terrace for a quick break. Use a hydrating cream or consume enough water so you don't abandon your skin parched amidst all the couture chaos. And most importantly, under that rouge lipstick, make sure a good day lip balm is taking care of your pout.

Dress the part Yes it is important to look your sartorial best at fashion week but that is not to say you wear outfits that hinder your basic ability to function. Opt for something that will keep you comfortable and yet rank high on the couture scale – experiment with prints and lengths instead of awkward cuts, dress up your regular jeans and tee with funky accessories. Remember, fashion week isn't about what you wear, it's about how you wear it.
