When shopping for heels for office, here are a few things you should keep in mind...

When it comes to maximising comfort at work look at rounded insole and a foot bed that's no higher than 22 millimetres whether it's a flat or heel.

In case of a strappy sandal make sure it has 3 millimetres of space between strap and skin.

Fabrics like leather and suede mould to the shape of your feet making moving around on set or in office easier.

There should be a thumb's width from the front of the inside of your shoe to the end of your longest toe for your feet to move comfortably within the shoes.

Cruise around in the store before buying them. While you would obviously assure they don't hurt your feet also make sure the heels don't make any noise.

Avoid skinny heels as they would hurt your feet if you have to stand or walk for a long time.
