Made in heavy cream, eggs, brandy and nutmegs, this is everything you need to keep you warm and in the December spirit. Bring to simmer in a pan a combined mixture of cream, sugar and nutmeg. In a blender put together the eggs and gradually add the hot cream mixture, keep blending till the mixture is frothy, add the brandy and serve while still warm.
