1. Cheese grilled sandwich
Easy to make and even more delightful in taste, a cheese grilled sandwich is the perfect cure for a hangover. All you have to do is place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, grease both the sides with some butter and stick it onto a pan. Let the bread brown a little and voila! You’ve got yourself an easy quick fix!
2. French toast
It might look complicated to make, but trust us it’s super easy to conjure! All you have to do is: beat an egg, half a glass of milk, ½ teaspoon powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder together. Soak your sliced bread into it and fry it on a butter-greased pan. For accompaniments, you can add strawberries, fresh cream or sliced bananas.
3. Eggs, sunny side up
Depending on your appetite, you can go for one, two, three or even more eggs to satiate your hunger. Grease your pan with vegetable oil, let it heat a little and crack your eggs open on the pan. Sprinkle a dash of salt, pepper and oregano on the eggs and let it sit in the pans for a couple of minutes. You’ll know that the eggs are cooked when the transparent part turns white and opaque. Add a slice of bread, and you’re sure that your stomach will be ready for the day!
Go guilt-free when you want to cure that hangover. Make it a cheat meal if you’re on a diet. Also, make sure you drink enough water. Alcohol is a diuretic so you need to rehydrate your body and keep that hangover at bay.
