We are on Day 3 of the Lakmé Fashion Week, and what did we love the most besides the couture? The hair game on the runway! After witnessing OTT hair trends on Day 1 and funky braids on Day 2, the third day of LFW was all about accessorised buns and messy top knots. The opening show on Day 3 gave major hair inspiration in terms of creativity.

If you are looking for some hair inspiration to pair with your pretty summer outfits, here are some gorgeous hairdos, fresh off the runway.

Nidhi Yasha’s collection featured boho-chic pieces full of ruffles, fringes and beaded tassels. Centre parted low buns were secured with a variety of fabric flowers and looked oh-so-chic and stylish. It perfectly matched the label’s bohemian vibe.

Low scarf bun

Scarves emerged as a major trend on the runway on day 2 and continued to reign the runway on Day 3 as well. Incorporate a scarf into your hairdo this season by taking inspiration from this look. Tie a low bun and wrap a scarf around it, easy-peasy!

Rose bun

Can’t get your hands on fabric flowers? No problem! Tuck some fresh roses from your garden in a low bun and exhibit major bohemian vibes this summer. This is also a great hairstyle for a summer bride or bridesmaid.

Gauri and Nainika’s signature delicate floral textures with trapeze cuts and feminine frock dresses reminded us of a summer evening in the countryside. The bright red lips and messy top knots did justice to the label’s ‘An ode to our mother’s garden’ collection. Effortless, messy top knots made a strong statement here.
