We are so glad that Miheeka Bajaj and Rana Daggubati decided to NOT have a rushed Zoom wedding — their wedding festivities are a sight for sore eyes. Especially Miheeka’s shaadi style; minimal yet gorgeous — the blushing bride-to-be is churning out one fabulous look after the other and we can’t even. From wearing a Kanjeevaram saree paired with minimal makeup for the Roka ceremony to donning a soft-glam look for her pre-wedding ceremony, each event has seen Miheeka transform into a whole new person and we are loving ‘em looks!

Adding to the wedding lookbook, the pictures from their haldi ceremony have flooded our Insta feed and this look might just be our favourite out of the three. And yes, we are claiming that even before we see the wedding look tomorrow, simply because it has got all the elements of a haldi look down to the ‘T’. Let’s break down why the look works so well..

Let’s talk hair first — the middle-parted hairstyle paired with chunky waves matches the choice of puka-shell jewellery for the day. The ‘beachy’ bling (from @arpitamehtaofficial) and hair are also a nice contrast for the stunning yellow and sage green belted lehenga with Gota Patti work by Anand Kabra. We are loving the oodles of volume her hair was been given for the ceremony — Finally! A bridal hair look that’ll still look pretty even if the monsoon frizz gets to it.

As for the makeup, Miheeka continues with her streak of sticking to the basics. Partially smokey shimmery lids paired with a glowing complexion and nude pink lips keep things minimally chic. The only ‘indulgence’ that her makeup artist has allowed her is thick faux lashes that perfectly complements her strong brow. With just a hint of blush in the contours of her cheeks, Miheeka’s makeup look is ideal for any bride-to-be wearing OTT hair accessories with her ensemble.
