Easy, facial massage techniques that work like magic for glowing skin

A facial massage has more benefits than you can think of. It not only helps release the built-up tension, but also, reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, improves blood circulation, tightens skin and leaves your face with a natural glow. Incorporating a regular facial massage in your daily skincare regimen will help maximise the power of your skincare products. Here are 5 effective techniques that’ll leave you with radiant skin.

Pinch your eyebrows

Pull your fingers towards your ear

To ace this facial exercise, use your thumb and index fingers to gently pinch your eyebrows. Starting from the inner edge, pinch four times as you move your fingers along your brows towards the outer edge. Repeat this move 5-8 times. This exercise is also very helpful in staving off a headache.

Push fingertips to the top of your forehead

Pull your fingers towards your ear

Very gently and slowly, place all 10 fingertips above your eyebrows. Next, push to the top of your forehead and slowly into your scalp. Choose whatever pressure that is comfortable for you. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times.

Gently massage your temples

Pull your fingers towards your ear

Place your index and middle fingers on your temples. Massage very gently before gliding towards the undereye area, the bridge of your nose, over your eyebrows, and back to your temples. Repeat the move 5 times and avoid breaking the rhythm.

Massage your jaws in circular motions

Pull your fingers towards your ear

Place your fingertips just below your ears and massage gently along your jaw in circular motions toward your chin. While massaging your jaw, use your index and ring finger for most effective results. Repeat the move until your jaw feels relaxed.
