  • 1 cup fenugreek seeds
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 spray bottle

Step 01: Put the fenugreek seeds in a glass bowl and add water. Allow this to soak overnight.

Step 02: Transfer it to a pan the next morning and add another half cup of water.

Step 03: Allow it to boil properly so the water is infused with the goodness of the seeds.

Step 04: Let it cool down and strain.

Step 05: Transfer the liquid to a spray bottle.
