If you are someone who drools every time you spot a celebrity rocking a braided hairstyle, but can’t get yourself to pull your hair into a decently woven braid, we understand your plight. Braids are beautiful, chic and so versatile that it actually hurts when you can’t work a braid yourself.
But what if we told you there are some insanely easy braid hairstyles that you can pull off with minimum effort and skill? If you absolutely love braids, but are a noob at the hairstyling game, here are five stunning yet easy-to-do braid hairstyles that you should try.
Messy boho braid

Boho braids look dreamy and elegant; there’s no doubt about that. What’s best though is that the messier you are while working it, the better it looks. So, no one will ever know. Braid your hair loosely and tug and pull the strands once you secure the braid. And, voila!
Braided ponytail

If you know how to plait your hair in a braid, but mess up every time {we know it can be tricky}, here’s what you can do. Make a high ponytail for yourself and then braid the hair. It’s easier and definitely a cuter version of the regular braided hairstyles.
Rope braid

If the three-strand braid is not your thing (or you can’t plait), here is a braid that’s easy, chic and totally in right now. Make a ponytail and divide it in two sections. Twist both sections in opposite directions and intertwine them. Secure with a hair tie and you are done.
Braided half up-half down

Braiding all your hair at once seems like a task? Simply braid the upper half sections of your hair and pin them at the back to get a gorgeous braided do. You can wear this hairstyle to a wedding or any casual event without spending too much of your time.
Fishtail braid

This is undeniably the easiest braid hairstyle there could ever be. It doesn’t leave you baffled with all the interweaving or overlapping. All you have to do is divide your hair into two sections. Take a small portion from the end of one section and add it to the other section and repeat till you reach the end.
