You will need:

  • Unused paper toilet seat covers or soft but thick tissue papers
  • Scissors

  • Small envelope or container

Step 1: Flatten out the sheets, if they have wrinkles keep them pressed under a heavy book for about a day.

Step 2: Cut your tissue or seat covers into conveniently-sized sheets or any other fun shape you desire.

Step 3: Sprinkle setting powder all over the sheets. (It adds a mattifying effect while blotting away oil.)

Step 4: Shake off the excess powder and put the sheets in the envelope or a small container to fight shine on-the-go!
