You will need:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw honey
1/4 cup sea salt
1/4 cup organic sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
How to use:
Step 01: In a medium-sized bowl, take some honey and coconut oil and stir well.
Step 02: In another bowl, mix together salt, sugar and lemon juice until it forms a crumbly mixture.
Step 03: Pour the salt mixture over the honey mixture and stir until smooth.
Step 04: Take a marble-sized amount of the scrub and gently rub it into your hands for one to two minutes. Don’t forget to exfoliate between your fingers too.
Step 05: Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Step 06: Repeat this process twice a week for best results.
