3 cups sea salt
1 cup Epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
18-20 drops essential oil
A glass mason jar

  • Take a large bowl and mix both the salts and baking soda together so that there are no visible lumps in the mixture.
  • Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil, and stir well.
  • You can also add a few drops of food colouring in case you want your bath salts to look colourful. For instance, add green food colour to a tea tree scented bath salt, red food colour to a strawberry scented bath salt.
  • Next, store your bath salt in a glass mason jar and you’re done! Pretty simple, isn’t it?
