Cleansing is important
Washing your face with a good cleanser every night before bed will remove all the dirt from your skin. In the morning, just splash some cold water on your face, no need of any cleansers or soaps. That’s one less thing to do in the morning!
Don’t forget the moisturiser
Moisturise your skin soon after taking a shower. This will help your skin retain the moisture leaving it nourished for longer. The Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe Body Lotion has aloe which soothes your skin and the petroleum jelly will penetrate deep into your skin, keeping it soft and supple.
Get a sunscreen
Don’t skip the sunscreen when you step out. Something with SPF 30 or more is best for Indian weather. A sunscreen will protect your skin against UV damage and will keep it supple for longer. Want to make it easier? Use a moisturising sunscreen and skip the moisturiser altogether. We recommend the Lakmé Sun Expert Fairness + UV lotion with SPF 30 PA+. It’s light, moisturising and the SPF 30 formula will protect your skin from sun damage.
Hydrate your body for glowing skin. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water every day to keep your skin nourished from inside out. It’s easy and it’s natural.
Overnight masks help
At the end of a long day the last thing you want to do is follow a rigorous skin care routine, right? Skip the toners and serums and just go for an overnight mask. You can apply it and then forget about it—at least until morning. These masks come with hydrating ingredients that will moisturise your skin and leave it glowing.
