Ladies, it’s high time you start giving your face the extra attention that it deserves and yearns for. Just like your body, your face needs some toning as well. And what better way to tone is there than to exercise?

Why go for that exorbitantly priced facelift and hurt your pocket when you could achieve similar results by doing some ridiculously simple facial yoga exercises?

Something Fishy!

Remember how we used to try to mimic a fish when we were kids? Yes, that is exactly what you’ve got to do. Form the classic fish face with your lips. How? Suck in your cheeks in a way that your face resembles a fish, and smile!  Hold for 10-25 seconds and repeat the exercise 5 times.
Do this regularly for 15-20 days you’ll have beautifully toned lips and cheeks by the end of it!

 

The Clown Face!

Yes, this one’s our personal favourite from the lot! Make a clown face by sticking your tongue out and widening your eyes. Hold this for 60 seconds straight. Repeat this exercise 5-6 times daily and you’ll soon have lovely firm skin.

 

Smooth your brow!

Wrinkles on your forehead are certainly not appealing and if we had a spell to stop this unfortunate occurrence, we’d do it right away. We might not have a spell, but we do have a trick up our sleeves that we would like to share. For a visibly clear and firm forehead, place your hands on your forehead and push your hands outwards when you inhale, stretching the skin. Relax while exhaling. Repeat this procedure 10 times every day and you’ll be good to go.

 

Puffy Cheeks!

How cute do babies look, puffing their cheeks when they're angry? Bring back those good old childhood days by performing this facial exercise. All you’ve got to do is to puff your cheeks and move the air from one cheek to the other 10 times. Do 5-8 repetitions of this daily and get visibly toned cheeks!

This one’s the simplest of the lot. If you want firm and toned lips and cheeks, this exercise is definitely for you. Open your mouth and make a small ‘O’ with your lips. Widen your lips as if you’re smiling and then relax them back. Repeat this process for at least 10-15 times, daily.
