You will need:
1.5 litres of purified water
1 cup cucumber
1 tsp ginger (add more if you like)
A small handful of peppermint leaves
Step 01: Starting cutting all the ingredients, except the peppermint leaves into thin even slices.
Step 02: Fill a large pitcher with water and add all of your ingredients to it and give it a stir.
Step 03: Add some ice cubes if you like.
Step 04: Let this water rest for a short while before drinking.
Note: Always discard the remaining water after 24 hours if you end up not finishing it.
